TökiBackgammon is a skill-based board game platform. We declare that the outcome of matches conducted on the platform primarily depends on the players' strategic knowledge, experience, and decision-making; thus, the platform does not qualify as a classic gambling service provider.
The services of the platform may only be used by individuals who have reached the age of 18 (18+). The user is responsible for the authenticity of the date of birth and personal data provided during registration. The registration of minors is automatically and irrevocably blocked by the system.
The fairness of the matches is ensured by the "Provably Fair" cryptographic dice engine. The use of any external software, bots, artificial intelligence, or analytical programs during the game is strictly prohibited. In case of suspected fraud, the account will be immediately suspended, and the balance frozen.
A TökiBackgammon egy tudásalapú (skill-based) társasjáték platform. Kijelentjük, hogy a platformon folytatott mérkőzések kimenetele elsődlegesen a játékosok stratégiai tudásán, tapasztalatán és döntéshozatalán múlik, így a platform nem minősül klasszikus szerencsejáték-szolgáltatónak.
A platform szolgáltatásait kizárólag a 18. életévüket betöltött (18+) nagykorú személyek vehetik igénybe. A regisztráció során megadott születési dátum és személyes adatok valódiságáért a felhasználó felel. A kiskorúak regisztrációját a rendszer automatikusan és visszavonhatatlanul blokkolja.
A mérkőzések tisztaságát a "Provably Fair" (igazolhatóan tisztességes) kriptográfiai kockadobó motor biztosítja. Szigorúan tilos bármilyen külső szoftver, bot, mesterséges intelligencia vagy elemző program használata a játék során. Csalás gyanúja esetén a fiókot azonnal felfüggesztjük, az egyenleget pedig befagyasztjuk.
